The Air Plus team (Jose, Jorge, and Ignacio) is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. I can’t stress that enough. My house is very old and was constructed in such a way that the back 300 ft of my house can’t be vented, which causes challenges. Also, the airflow in my house has been totally unbalanced from the time I purchased my home. I’d worked with another local company in the past on the balancing issue, however, the issue was never resolved, at all. Upon an initial inspection, Jose was able to draw a diagram to demonstrate to me the airflow issue and assured me they could resolve it. He also found that the capacitor in the old compressor was likely shot and the unit was in need of repairs. Due to the advanced age of the compressor I elected to purchase a new unit through Air Plus. In addition, they sealed all of my ducts and suggested installation of a return in my living room since I only had two returns in a location together in the back of my house. Throughout the process, Jose and Jorge were very patient with my various concerns and went over and above to explain everything to me. I’m very pleased with the job the Air Plus team completed in my home. I highly recommend Air Plus!
